Enrollment and Preparation
There are no formal prerequisites for enrollment; however, prior Pilates experience and a basic knowledge of human anatomy is strongly recommended. Students must enroll at least two weeks before the first module. Space in the Mat Online program is limited, and courses may sell out before the registration deadline. If you plan to enroll, we recommend registering early to secure your spot.
Digital course materials, including the initial set of pre-recorded lectures, are released two weeks prior to the first module, allowing ample time to review the required content before the live modules. Digital course books come included with your tuition.
Equipment and Space Requirements
Students are required to have the following during modules:
A mat
Two magic circles
A pair of 2 lb ankle weights
Each module must be attended in a space that allows for full, unrestricted movement.
Module Format and Scheduling
All virtual modules are conducted via Zoom. Students do NOT attend modules in a physical studio. Modules are held on scheduled dates and times. Recordings of modules are not available.
To accommodate students worldwide, courses are offered across multiple time zones. The applicable time zone is indicated in the course title (e.g., PST, CET, NZST). Upcoming Mat Flex Program Online courses can be found here on our website.
Attendance and Participation Policy
During modules, students are required to:
Actively participate throughout each module
Keep their camera on at all times
Remain visible and within the camera frame for the full duration
Failure to comply will result in the module being marked as unattended, and the student will be required to retake the module to receive credit.
Important note: Attendance of Module 101 is mandatory in order to participate in subsequent modules. Students who are unable to attend Module 101 must wait for the next course offering to enroll. If you miss Module 101 of your enrolled course, you will be dropped from the course and required to transfer to a new course offering.
